Chuffed to bits

In the wee small hours of this morning, I was notified via Facebook (cheers, Alexei) that my submission to this year’s One-Page Dungeon Contest, “Splashdown in Fiend’s Fen”, had been accorded the accolade of Best Science Fantasy entry. Naturally, I’m thrilled. Congratulations to all the winners, and hats off to everyone who took part and demonstrated the astonishing flexibility of the 1PD format. Some of the submissions are staggeringly good, and all are inspirational. Thanks also to the judges, to the sponsors, and to the contest’s indefatigable organiser Alex Schroeder.
